20957 Click for more photos | Police: Navy blue wool frock of the Victorian-Edwardian period, white wool lined. Tunic has no buttons, collar numerals. But holes & evidence of these fitted. Also has traces of Sergeant chevrons to both sleeves, these now removed. Stamped in sleeve crown above M.P. Presumably straps to left sleeve for Police brassard. This would look nice in a bushranger/convict type display. GC for age. A nice example of an early police tunic. | SOLD at A$100 |
