20808 Click for more photos | Army. WWII dark green wool 4 pocket service dress jacket for the VDC (Volunteer Defence Force). Made from light weight dark green dyed wool. Has all its oxidised KC buttons & contract label for 'V. L. Courtney Adelaide 1942'. Good size. Never had collar insignia. Signs of square collar patches at one time present. Not named. Tunic has several holes neatly darned/patched & 2 small snags. All except 2 are at the rear. There is also a partly open seam in the gusset of one pocket (30mm). Light/moderate use.
