2640 Click for more photos | 1915-16 opt Kangaroo variety with 2d grey, 2nd wmk MUH blk of 15 of opt type a+b+b strips with variety 'scratch under P of Postage' (ACSC 6 (2) g cat $375 M), also has red staining on left row apparently caused by water damage putting out a fire in the Rabaul Treasury safe when it was opened with oxyacetylene torch. 6d ultramarine 2nd wmk with variety 'flaw below Albany' (ACSC 18 (2) e cat $1000), 9d violet 1st wmk with purple opt & variety 'break in shading over N' (ACSC 24 (2) pa cat $400).
