1/4 Greenish-blue, tied by 'Late Fee Melbourne 19 MR 37' on commercial airmail Bank of Australia cover to Germany. The postage was initially 1/10 & a Late Fee of 4d was applied, few PO ink marks. Unusually it has a rare late usage KGV 1/4 greenish-blue SM wmk perf 14, which is mainly seen 1927/28, while other stamps 2d & 4d olive (2), are wmk CofA. ACSC 129A cat $2500+. Extremely rare usage & franking.^
