 1942 Polish Army in Russian Central Asia 50k 'Dojdziemy' issue, black print from defaced plate, full sheetlet of 6 with 3 tete-beche prs. SG M16a cat £2250 as normals. Also black print from defaced die of the 'Stan' map essay in a sheetlet of 6 also in tete-beche arrangement ('Stan' essay was rejected by Soviets as map showed Wilno & Lwow still part of Poland). Superb UN as made. Interesting historical items.
