Australia: C/WW2 AUSTRALIAN RED CROSS SECTION LEADER. Victorian division, khaki/sand coloured uniform dress approx. size 10 and dark navy blue nursing cape (red sateen lined). The dress a small red cross symbol on the left breast area, 3x single striped red badges (denoting position) to left sleeve and red worded badge (woven) to right sleeve "Australian Red Cross Society Victorian Division". USA: WW2/KOREA ERA HBT (HERRINGBONE TWILL) OVERALLS. 4 pockets to front and 8 blackened 'star' type buttons to front closure. 2 large lower slanted pockets both with the closure flap partially sewn shit to one corner (as manufactured). Right hand side has a small open vertical pocket for carrying a wrench or screwdriver. 2 smaller upper pockets with a single blackened 'star' button to each Single large pocket to right rear with partially sewn closure flap. No marking and the size/makers tag appears to have been removed from the inside collar. Single loop to each side for a belt (not supplied). Unissued condition. Some light soiling and a couple of small stains. Grade II+

USA:WW2 HBT COVERALLS. Earlier pattern, prior to 1942 alterations to the design. Olive green material in very good condition, little sign of wear or fading. Six blackened metal 'tack-on' buttons with 'star design' to the front closure. Two breast pockets, right one with a partially sewn shut flap. Two side slanted pockets with a button through closure. Integral belt with w/m buckle (missing much of the black painted finish). Has previous owners name and rank in black stencilling above left breast pocket "KERLIN JV P2 (Private 2nd Class). These coveralls were widely issued to mechanics of all branches and as combat wear for armoured personnel. Grade II+

USA: WW2 WOOL KNITTED OLIVE DRAB SCARF (AMERICAN RED CROSS). The type of scarf was knitted by US Red Cross volunteers. Measures approx 188cm in length and 24cm wide. Has some small tears to the edges, a couple of small holes and pulled threads. Overall it is still in usable condition. Small cotton tag sewn on to one end with "AMERICAN RED CROSS CHAPTER" in red embroidery. An usual item. Perfect for completing that US or WW2 display. Grade II-

Material is in very nice condition, nil tears. Has spots of red paint over several areas. All adjustment taps and buttons present. See page 68 of 'Gear Up' by Maguire. Grade II+
